Executions: what n8n charges for
One full workflow run, however many steps. Unlimited users.
So the formula is executions = runs. Adding steps to a workflow does not change the plan price.

Above 50,000 executions
Pro-2 is the largest listed Cloud plan (50,000 executions). Above 50,000 executions the official pricing page lists only Custom (contact sales), so the calculator shows it as custom and never ranks it.
Cloud vs self-hosted vs Business
- Cloud (Starter, Pro-1, Pro-2): priced in EUR and billed per execution tier. It is the only n8n option with an affiliate program.
- Community (self-hosted): licence €0.00, execution cap: none. Infrastructure cost is not published by the vendor; the calculator shows it but never ranks it. Add your own hours and hourly rate in the calculator to include maintenance time.
- Business (self-hosted licence only): €667.00 a month on annual billing or €800.00 on monthly billing, for 40,000 executions, then €4,000.00 per started 300,000. Includes SSO, Git, environments. Whether Cloud includes SSO is not published by the vendor.
